The Season of Introspection & Turning Inwards
The Winter Reset Retreat has been crafted for us to take a deeper look within. Giving ourselves space and time to slow down and dive deeper into what our heart needs and may be trying to get across, a space to simply listen.
This Reset will show how to embody the art introspection and turning inwards. Winter asks us to go beneath the surface of things. Submerging ourself into the flowing wisdom (intuition) that is inside of ourselves already. To be fluid, not rigid.
This journey will bring you deeper into self awareness, providing you with the powerful tools needed to expand your life at a much deeper level. You will leave this Retreat feeling more clear; physically, emotionally, and mentally. In slowing down, we are actually speeding up.
ALL levels are welcome. Retreats are perfect and ideal for total beginners, while also great for those considered as intermediate. Retreats provide the right amount of time and space to slow down and learn or deepen your practice.

It’s been a dream to lead a Retreat in the Hamptons, but frankly, it’s near impossible during their high season, for SO many reasons!
But here we are, the ability to enjoy the stillness and quiet of the stunning Hamptons, during their off season. No traffic for us!
This beautiful property located in the heart of East Hampton, gives a light hearted and spacious place for Resetting. This spacious airy home is located just 3-4 hours from NJ/NYC & 5 hours from Upstate NY.
