Expect the following in each 60 minute session:

  • Review from session(s) prior

  • Learn

  • Modifications

  • English name of the pose + some of the sanskrit names you’ll hear 

  • Form in each pose

 

Let’s chat yoga!

This program is 6 sessions long, typically done 1 time per week! This can be done both virtually or in-person. Each session is 60 minutes in length!
*These are private sessions but please inquire if interested in a small group version

 

A personal note

The practice of yoga is such a transformative practice. There is so much more than the “physical” practice which is something to be admired- yoga is a coming together physically, spiritually, and emotionally.


My hope is to help teach, empower, and build confidence in yourself so that you leave this program feeling capable of continuing your journey, joining group yoga classes, or wanting to learn even more about the practice on a more private, 1:1 basis!
