An 8 week program curated specifically for you to do along side of your training program (or to sign up for a race and pair with it) doing so will allow you to see specific improvements in your running with your time, how your body feels, form, and injury prevention.

This program immediately will put what you learn to the test. You will be given specific things that only you need, along with all the things stated above!

8 weeks, every Saturday, virtually, 45minutes starts Saturday, April 10, 2021 at 9:15 AM EST.

Where are my runners at? You’ve been wondering how to improve & add these things in, now is the time and this is for you!!
