How to make the most of all that is here
With everything shared below, the goal is to
Find the tools needed to set yourself up for success! Know what you’re doing (so take 10 minutes and go plan! Put your wellness routine into your calendar, now! Map out the days and times you’ll do these activities, reach out for support as needed)
Find balance, don’t over extend yourself! There is a-lot here! Maybe you don’t do all of the things, all the time. Be realistic so you do stick with it, as opposed to burning out from too many things to do
Find rituals, hold yourself accountable, stay the course. Consistency is key, this is designated to be done over the course of a month to work on just that, accountability and consistency over time. We don’t see changes or progress unless we stay with things. Stay the course and track your progress physically, spiritually, and emotionally / mentally as you go through the next month
Journaling: Pick a journal prompt from the list and set aside 5-10 minutes (literally set a timer if it helps!) most days to journal about the topic

Meditation / Breath-work or Wood Meridian Activation : Pick one to do, again, set aside about 10 minutes to do one of these
Movement / Yoga: Set up your week ahead of time and pick one of the practices offered below, here we work on balancing out the element of Wood primarily with the secondary of balancing out the element of water. Both in this case being excessive
