This in-person, annual international retreat has been crafted for us to fully embrace our ability to take in life and let go of what no longer serves us, making space for growth and transformation.

Come Reset deeply the Pura Vida (“Simple Life”) way. This hidden paradise in Nosara is situated where the jungle meets the sea. Spend a week learning how to Reset for Longevity. Costa Rica is known as one of the world’s 5 blue zones. Blue zones are areas in the world where people live the longest, consistently reaching 100, while being full of health and vibrancy. Let’s learn from them. Spend a week in paradise practicing self care, yoga, unplugging, cultural immersion, eating only local organic, farm to table meals , connecting to nature, self and others, all while learning and growing. Leave learning very practical tools to help you create longevity in your life while resetting deeply as well.

ALL levels are welcome. Retreats are perfect and ideal for total beginners, while also great for those considered as intermediate. Retreats provide the right amount of time and space to slow down and learn or deepen your practice. (Read more below under FAQ’S)

Your Reset Package Includes:

  • Five (5) nights, Six (6) days Retreat at The Nomadic Hotel, Nicoya Peninsula- Nosara, Costa Rica.

  • Roundtrip transportation to and from Liberia, CR airport (see more below on fight info needed)

  • 3 Organic local meals each day

  • 2x Daily yoga classes: Classes focused to learn how to Reset in specific ways for longevity {Vinyasa & Yin Yoga}

  • Welcome swag

  • Included: Meditations, Breath-work, Somatic practices, Ayurveda Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Philosophies, Kundalini Yoga, Flossing techniques for longevity in the body

  • The Signature Reset Workshop (journal prompts ++)

  • Nature, ocean front, beaches, private pool, local life, walkable (or bike!) to Nosara town

  • Yoga Maloka with all props, mats, and tools provided

General Schedule

  • Morning practice 8:00-9:30am

  • Breakfast 9:30-10:45am

  • Free time 11:00-1:00pm

  • Lunch 1:15-2:15pm

  • Workshop, free time, excursion 2:30-4:00pm

  • Evening practice (sunset) 4:45-6:00pm

  • Dinner 7:00pm

  • Meditation, fire, hanging out 8:30pm

Travel

  • You will fly into Liberia, Costa Rica (LIR)

  • Arrival: Saturday, May 23th (please arrive to Nomadic Hotel by 4pm)

  • Departure: Thursday, May 28th

  • Transportation will be organized to and from The Nomadic Hotel from Liberia Airport

  • Once you arrive into Liberia, you’ll take a 2.5 hour car shuttle to our accommodations

Paying in full reserves your package and you do not have to worry about paying any remaining balance.

  • All packages have a $700 non refundable deposit

  • If sharing a bed option, please select 2 for the quantity (if reserving for you and another person)

  • If you need a payment plan please reach out. There is an option to break down your remaining balance after deposit if made into 4 payments rather than 1

 FAQ’S

  1. Flights: Fly into Liberia, CR. There are direct flights available (5.5 hours, around $800) or flights that are much cheaper with one layover (average flight time is 7 hours, around $400-$500)

    1. Please book your flight to land into LIR by 2pm, contact before booking for the suggested flight to book

    2. Shuttle to and from LIR airport is included in your Retreat package, if you book the suggested flight arrival and departure times

  2. Additional Flight Info: From Liberia, CR you have 2 options to get to our accommodations in Nosara, CR.

    1. OPT 1: Take a 30 minute flight using Sansa Airlines (fly LIR to NOB) ($260 TOTAL round trip)

      1. Please note the website is slow, be patient with it :)

      2. You must time your flights accordingly from Liberia to Nosara

      3. I’ve been seeing 2 flights per day from LIR to NOB - you’d likely need to book the 4:00-4:30pm flight

      4. This puts you a 10 minute drive from our accommodations, transportation is included

    2. OPT 2: A shuttle that is included will be waiting for you, all set up with PineappleYogi

      1. It takes about 2.5 hours driving to get from LIR to Nosara, CR

  3. US dollars are accepted in Costa Rica, credit cards are widely accepted as well. There are ATM’s in the town of Nosara as well.

  4. WIFI is available - however you are coming to Reset, it is HIGHLY recommended to take a digital detox {you will feel like an entire new person just from this!} but ultimately, you do you!

  5. We are walking distance to town where there are restaurants, shops, and walking.

  6. Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds 60 days prior to Retreat. The initial deposit to hold your spot is also non-refundable.

  7. Excursions: Will be offered and shared closer to the Retreat start date, information sent via email once you’ve registered for Retreat.

  8. We are still following CDC guidelines and , as of right now there are no requirements and all COVID related requirements have been fully lifted for all travel. If this were to change for any reason, we will keep you up to date!
