About Company Wellness Retreats

Retreats are meant to help your team reset and step away from their day to day work, resetting their purpose and mindset within both their work life and personal life. These have hugely impactful results in building support, commodore, providing learning tools, resulting in greater happiness, productivity, and focus. Both teams and individuals will learn about mindfulness, yoga, meditation, mindset, work life balance and more. Providing differentiated instruction is key here, as every individual learns differently.

Here we handle all of the logistics and planning. Location wise, Retreats can be facilitated within your selected space, at a selected rented out place, within 3-4 hours of the city you live in, or Internationally. These Retreats can be selected from a few different themes and focuses, we can be more hands on or less, this is curated precisely to your needs.

  • 9:30 AM: Arrive + Welcome / Meet + Greet

  • 9:45-11:00 AM: Vinyasa Yoga & Breath Work

  • 11:00-12:00 PM: Explore, solo time, etc

  • 12:15-2:00 PM: Group lunch

  • 2:15-3:30 PM: Signature Reset Workshop

  • 3:45-4:45 PM: Yin Yoga

  • 4:45-5:15 PM: Sat Sang (closing circle)

  • For the workshop portion - we can discuss what you would like to bring to your team or what feels most aligned. This can be a self growth workshop, team building, learning mindfulness practices, or work/life balance, etc.
