Sharon Armstrong




"Life is all about balance."  Sharon discovered Yoga as a powerful and vital tool to work through life’s happenings which brought her to diving deeper and taking her YTT.

Sharon has been teaching Yoga throughout NYC for the past 3 years, working with multiple Yoga Studios and Corporate Companies along with offering what she calls “Reset Yoga Retreats” seasonally as a means of cleansing (or Resetting) the ever busy chaotic inner body along with the outer body. Building community and ah-ha moments for others fuels Sharon and she has every intention to continue on this journey.

Sharon has completed trainings in Yin Yoga (Be Shakti, 50 hour), Bridge to Lotus Flow (Laughing Lotus, 25 hour), Restorative Yoga (Laughing Lotus, 25 hour), and 200 hour RYT (Yoga Alliance International, 200 hour).
