If I asked you, what are your dreams, would you have an answer?
Let’s meditate on this, let’s brainstorm, let’s journal and put thoughts to paper. The more we explore, the further we can unravel (ourselves, our mind and our potential). 2018 is approaching and I love the idea of being able to really just get ourselves re-acclimated to what are dreams and goals are! A fresh slate to get motivated and inspired to grow and achieve our dreams and goals.
I want to help you get there. What would help you get to your goals/dreams in 2018? What are your goals/dreams? In health, in yoga, in fitness and mindfulness, in life?
Let’s talk about it, better yet let’s write about it. Take 5 minutes to yourself today to just write, anything. Whatever comes to your mind put it to paper and see what comes out. I want you to dream SO big, write down the craziest dreams you have, like there are no limits. You’d be fairly surprised. Actually, the more you do this, the more you will see unravel and a-lot of discovers can unfold.
Why do we feel we can’t achieve our goals? Who has programmed that into our mind? Have you ever been told, “oh, that dream of yours, it’s too crazy, that’ll never be successful, you can’t do it.” Are people telling us this or are we just in our own head telling ourselves? Either way, it’s time to overcome it.
